Road Trauma Support Services Victoria is open Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
We are closed on weekends, after hours and on public holidays, you can leave a message with us on 1300 367 797, and we will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible on the next business day.
We do not offer crisis support if you or someone close to you is experiencing distress or is in immediate danger dial 000.

The main public transport is by train services at Blackburn Station via the Belgrave and Lilydale lines.
