We are currently running an art therapy support group, that meets on the first Thursday of the month at Surrey Hills Neighbour Centre. This group provides a safe and caring space for people impacted by road trauma. The classes are filled with an atmosphere of love, mutual support and respect. A sense of belonging is encouraged.
The purpose of art therapy is to guide people through a variety of creative processes to facilitate self-expression and enhance wellbeing. Art therapy allows feelings to emerge in creative images expressing grief, loss, love and hope.
